דפנה תייר היא יועצת חינוכית-התפתחותית M.A, בוגרת לימודי CBT פסיכותרפיה התנהגותית-קוגנטיבית קיצרת מועד, לימודי הנחיית קבוצות ולימודי התוכנית לאימון אישי באוניברסיטת תל-אביב. דפנה היא מחברת הספרים "היענות לצרכים" (2011) ו"הורות מובילה" (2013), בנוסף לשני טורים אישיים ב-Ynet. כיום דפנה מתמקדת בהדרכת הורים פרטנית במסגרת קליניקה פרטית, בה היא מייעצת ומטפלת במבחר סוגיות וקשיים בהם נזקקים הורים לסיוע, לאוזן קשבת, תמיכה, ייעוץ והכוונה.
